Oatmeal Nut Waffles

Ingredients

1.Whole wheat flour: ½ cup

2.Baking powder: 2 teaspoon

3.Salt: ½ teaspoon

4.Lightly beaten eggs: 2

5.Milk: 2 cups

6.Melted butter: 1/5 cup

7.Chopped walnuts: 1 cup

8.Quick cooking oats:1 cup

Preparation

Combine the baking powder, flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Combine the butter, milk and eggs. Stir in the dry ingredients into the mix and whisk properly. Fold in the nuts and the oats. Now bake it in your waffle iron till it is golden brown in color. Garnish with peaches if you like.

Cranberry Walnut Oatmeal

Ingredients

1.Steel cut oats:1 cup

2.Sweetened dry cranberries: 1/3 cup

3.Cinnamon: ¼ teaspoon

4.Water: 2 cups

5.Salt: ¼ teaspoon

6.Chopped walnuts: 4 teaspoon

7.Brown sugar (firmly packed): 4 teaspoon

Preparation

Combine the oats, cinnamon, cranberries, salt and water in a saucepan. Bring the saucepan to a boil at high heat. Uncover it and bring the heat down to low and simmer for about 20 minutes till the oats turn tender. Spoon out the oatmeal into serving bowls. Sprinkle brown sugar and walnuts over each bowl and serve.



Choco Block Peanutty Breakfast

Ingredients

1.Unflavored instant oatmeal:1 packet

2.Dark cocoa powder:1 tablespoon

3.Brown sugar:1 tablespoon

4.Salt:1 pinch

5.Smooth peanut butter: 1/2 tablespoon

Preparation

Combine the salt, brown sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl. Place the peanut butter at the center of the dry mix. Pour out boiling water over the mix and stir until it is well combined. Let it stand for about five more minutes and serve.

Autumn Spice French Toast

Ingredients

1.Egg Creations egg substitute 100ml

2.Water 3 tablespoon

3.Pumpkin pie spice 1/2 tablespoon

4.Maple extract 1/2 teaspoon

5.Brown sugar 1/2 tablespoon

6.Multigrain bread, slightly dried out if possible 2 slices

Preparation

Take a non stick frying pan and preheat it over medium heat. Whisk the egg substitute, sugar and spice in a shallow dish. Dip the bread slices, one at a time in the egg mixture coating it thoroughly. Let the mixture soak into the slices. Toast fry in a spray of PAM for about two to three minutes till the egg mixture is cooked. Serve with jam, maple syrup or honey.
